Delivery Times

At the checkout, you have the option of selecting delivery.   Delivery of your order depends on where it is being shipped to.   Below is a list of estimated delivery times, which may take longer depending on Covid Alert Levels at shipping or delivery location:

Click & Collect (from Markets Twelve21, 1221 Pukuatua Street, Rotorua)            1-2 days between Wed-Sat (notified by email)

Local delivery (within 15 km of Rotorua Town Centre)                                  1-2 days

National Delivery                                                                                                                 3-5 days

International Delivery                                                                                                       1-3 weeks (will advise depending on location)

Refunds are provided for goods which are faulty, unable to be used for their designated purpose or do not match their description.  Please note that all products are handmade and therefore have handmade imperfections, however if the product breaks with normal usage and cleaning, according to the provided instructions, then you are entitled to a refund.
