Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your artwork. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can help make it right.

 Refunds and Returns

Because our prints are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • There’s a printing flaw or quality issue.

To process a return or replacement, please email us at helenenglishartist@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A photo of the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

We’ll respond within 2 business days.

 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and take clear photos. This helps us resolve the issue quickly with our printing and delivery partners.

​

 Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Stripe and PayPal may take 5–10 business days to return the funds to your account.
