Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

For print orders, we ship to almost every location worldwide.

For originals, we currently ship within New Zealand, and also to Australia, United States, Canada and the UK. If your location is not one of these, please contact our customer support team for assistance and information as there may be a shipping cost.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping currently.

Prints are drop shipped and shipping aims to deliver within 5 business days.
Original artwork is personally shipped. Standard shipping can vary depending on your location. Once an order is made, you will be updated on shipping times until delivery.
Local Delivery (NZ only): 1–2 business days within Rotorua and surrounding areas

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as PayPal processing times or postal service delays. Please email helenenglishartist@gmail if you experience any delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method. We offer free shipping for all print orders, and also for original artwork orders currently, over $1000.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you promptly.
