Watercolour portraits

​

Portraits can be commissioned of either people or dogs.   I use artist quality watercolour paint on acid free 300gsm artist quality watercolour paper. 

​

Prices quoted are for artworks of one subject with a simple white or watercolour washed background, and can be ordered directly below.     

   

A single subject A3 watercolour portrait commission costs $249  plus $15 p&p within NZ*

Please enquire if you have a project which has more than one subject or a more detailed background.

Pencil portraits

​

For hand-drawn pencil portraits, I use a combination of pencils , including sepia and sanguine colours, on acid free 200gsm artist quality paper. 

​

Framing

​

Your artwork can also be framed professionally with an acid free mat in a variety of colours, and prints of commissions are also available for friends and family.   

​

Framing for an A3 portrait measures 16" x 20" and comes in a choice of quality square frames in solid wood.  Frames are $99 complete with mat.

Once ordered, I provide a sketch of how I will lay out a commission before I start a painting and am happy to make changes according to your feedback from that sketch.   I will also provide and help you with framing and mat colour options.
